After the end of fasting season it’s time to enjoy some scrumptious food & delicacies in this festive season. Bhopal’s oldest Gourmet bakery, Amer Bakery is up with Tikka & Curry Fest at Jharokha The Restaurant. This Fest showcases the mouth watering delicacies of Tikkas and Curries. This fest is live from 20th Oct till 25th Oct 2018 at Hotel Amer Palace. The guest can enjoy variety of  Veg and Non Veg Tikkas with main course and dessert.

Here’s what we had:

Bikaner Paneer Roll – Paneer Roll are just like Pakora, the prefect high tea snacks. Be it monsoon , summers or winters, Indians need no reasons to enjoy the lip smacking pakoras. This is made with paneer, gram flour, ginger paste, garlic paste and a melange of spices. Adding up Bikaner Aloo Bhujia adds more crunch to it and offers a fusion to this typical Indian snack. Served with mint coriander Chutney to enhance the taste.

Tandoori Bagicha – Tandoor products are love when cooked well, Smoky flavor unless absorbed by food didn’t make it worth eating. This Tandoori Bagicha filled with Tandoori veggies i.e. cauliflower, mushroom, bell peppers, Tandoori Salad 🥗 & Green Chutney is worth more than something to be tried at this fest as this dish addresses the Tikka & Curry Fest.

Unlimited Buffet at Paneer & Tikka Fest – Meal is incomplete without food, food that includes Curries & Indian Breads. This unlimited Buffet offers Variety of welcome drinks, soups, salads, veg & Non veg snacks, Curries, Assorted Roti’s, Mint Onion Pulao, Mixed veg raita. All this followed with toothsome desserts Chhena Kheer, Assorted Puddings & Orange Ripple Ice cream.

My view:

This is the third fest in the row within two month by Amer Bakery Group, i really appreciate the initiative by Amer Group to host such fests and bringing new cuisines in town. I would suggest all fellow readers to visit this Fest and enjoy the great food and warm hospitality from Bhopal’s oldest Gourmet bakery.
